In naming Rahm Emanuel one of the world’s best-dressed mayors, Vanity Fair gave a nod to Emanuel’s wardrobe staples: navy suits, monochromatic ties and luxe fabrics.

We suspect it may also have had something to do with a certain denim shirt he wore last month to a Blackhawks game.
