Ald. Carlos Ramirez-Rosa (35th), chairman of the new Socialist Caucus, discussed a series of wide-ranging ideas Friday with City Hall reporter Fran Spielman at the Chicago Sun-Times office.

Among the many topics discussed were “democratizing ComEd,” introducing a commercial lease tax and a return to a corporate head tax that was removed by former Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
