WASHINGTON–The new Congress is sworn-in on Tuesday and the Illinois highlights includes the return of Republican Rep.-elect Bob Dold to the House after reclaiming in November the 10th District seat he lost in 2012 and Democrat Sen. Dick Durbin starting his 4th term.
