A warrant was issued Oct. 7, 2019, for the arrest of Jose Garcia-Rumualdo in connection with a domestic incident in Elk Grove Township.

The Cook County sheriff’s office is looking for a man wanted in connection with a violent domestic incident earlier this month in northwest suburban Elk Grove Township.

A warrant was issued Oct. 7 for Jose Garcia-Rumualdo, 27, in connection with the incident, the sheriff’s office said. Garcia-Rumualdo was charged with aggravated battery.

Garcia-Rumualdo was last known to live in the 500 block of Touhy Avenue in unincorporated Des Plaines, the sheriff’s office said, though he also has ties to places in Texas and California.

Garcia-Rumualdo was described as standing 5 feet, 4 inches and weighing 155 pounds with short or close-shaved black or dark brown hair, the sheriff’s office said.
