Police are warning Northwest Side residents of a trio of garage burglaries reported last month in Belmont Gardens and Logan Square. 

In each case, someone pried open a side door and took property from inside before fleeing, Chicago police said. 

A couple of burglaries were reported on Sept. 23, police said. The earliest happened about 10 a.m. in the 4100 block of West Fletcher Street, and another took place about 8 p.m. in the 4100 block of West Barry Avenue. 

The third burglary happened about 6 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 2800 block of North Hamlin Avenue, police said. 

A description of any suspects was not immediately available.
