Man found with a gunshot wound in Gary

Authorities found 50-year-old Antonio Reeves in the 500 block of Ralston Street, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.

A man was shot dead May 3, 2021, in Berwyn. — A man was found with gunshot wounds in Gary Oct. 19, 2019.

A 50-year-old man was killed in a shooting Saturday in northwest Indiana.

Officers responded about 7:30 p.m. to the 500 block of Ralston Street in Gary and found Antonio Reeves with gunshot wounds, according to Gary police and the Lake County coroner’s office.

He was pronounced dead on the scene about an hour later, authorities said. His death was ruled a homicide.

Gary police are investigating.
