Police are warning Southwest Side residents of a pair of armed robberies reported in recent weeks in Little Village. 

In each case, suspects approached someone, displayed a handgun and demanded or took money from the person by force, Chicago police said. 

A robbery happened about 7 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 3800 block of West 27th Street, police said. Another occurred about 2:35 a.m. Oct. 3 in the 2500 block of South Pulaski Road. 

Police said the suspects are described as two males, but did not immediately provide additional details.
