A man who was shot in Little Village on the Southwest Side last week succumbed to his injuries Saturday.

Edgar Guevara, 24, was one of two men who were critically wounded in a shooting Nov. 14 in the 2700 block of South Pulaski Road, according to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Guevara was pronounced dead at Mt. Sinai Hospital two days later on Nov. 16, the medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy said he died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide.

No arrests have been reported as of Sunday afternoon. Area Central detectives are investigating.
