Chicago police are warning Grand Crossing residents of a string of burglaries reported in November in the South Side neighborhood.

In each incident, someone entered apartments, homes and garages through the front or back door and took property from therein, Chicago police said.

The burglaries happened Nov. 11, 18, and 19 in the 1300 block of East 72nd Place and Nov. 13 in the 7200 block of South University Avenue, police said.

Police did not offer a description of the suspected robber.
