Two teen boys were injured in a shooting in Chatham on the South Side Tuesday.

About 9:32 p.m., a 16- and 17-year old were standing on the corner in the 8200 block of Cottage Grove Drive when someone in a red Mustang drove up and fired shots, Chicago police said. The vehicle fled westbound on 82nd street.

The 16-year-old was shot in the foot, and the 17-year-old was grazed in the leg, police said. Both were taken to Jackson Park Hospital in good condition.

No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
