She was in the 9400 block of South King Drive when she was struck by gunfire, Chicago police said.

A woman was wounded in a shooting Saturday on the South Side near Burnside. 

About 1:45 a.m., the 32-year-old was in the 9400 block of South King Drive when she was struck by gunfire, Chicago police said. 

She was taken to St. Bernard Hospital where her condition was stabilized. 

Area South detectives are investigating.
