Chicago police are warning Wicker Park residents of three residential burglaries reported in the North Side neighborhood in August.

In each incident, someone broke into the residence and fled the scene with stole property, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The burglaries happened Aug. 5 in the 1500 block of North Elk Grove Avenue, Aug. 6 in the 1600 block of North Milwaukee Avenue and Aug. 7 in the 1400 block of North Elk Grove Avenue, police said. They happened in the afternoon and evening hours.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
