Three men were wounded in a drive-by Thursday in Englewood on the South Side.

They were standing in front of a home about 8 p.m. in the 7300 block of South Stewart Avenue when someone in a passing light-colored Dodge Journey opened fire, Chicago police said.

An 18-year-old was hit in the leg and a 23-year-old was struck in the chest, arm and side, police said. The third man, 24, suffered gunshot wounds to the leg, arm, shoulder and was grazed in the face.

They were all taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where their conditions were stabilized, police said.

Earlier this month, a 23-year-old man was killed in a separate shooting on the same block.

No arrests have been reported. Area South detectives are investigating.
