Chicago police are warning businesses of two reported burglaries in August on one block on the Lower West Side.

In each incident, the offender forced their way into a business in the 2400 block of South Wolcott Avenue and stole property from within, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The first burglary happened between 11 p.m. Aug. 12 and 3:30 a.m. Aug. 13, police said. The second burglary happened between 2 p.m. and midnight Aug. 17.

No description of any suspects was provided.
