Police are warning residents of several garage burglaries reported in Little Village on the Southwest Side.

In each case, someone gained entry into the garage and made off with property from inside, Chicago police said in a community alert.

The burglaries happened:

  • Between 10 p.m. Aug. 6 and 6:30 a.m. Aug. 7 in the 2400 block of South Spaulding Avenue.
  • About 5 a.m. Aug. 9 in the 2600 block of South Hamlin Avenue
  • Between 10 p.m. Aug. 10 and 10:15 a.m. Aug. 11 in the 2400 block of South Lawndale Avenue.
  • About 7 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 2700 block of South Komensky Avenue
  • Between noon and 12:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of West 22nd Place

Police didn’t offer a description of any suspects but said one to three males were involved in the burglaries.
