A Chicago police car was vandalized Tuesday in Clearing on the Southwest Side.

The marked squad car was found spray-painted about 2 a.m. in the 6300 block of West 60th Street, Chicago police said. The car was not being used for official duty when it was vandalized.

No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
