Man shot while driving in Fuller Park

The 18-year-old was driving in the 4200 block of South Wells Street when a white SUV started following him and someone inside shot at him, police said.

A man was shot by someone in another vehicle while driving Tuesday in Fuller Park on the South Side.

The 18-year-old was driving at 12:18 p.m. when a white SUV started following him and someone inside shot at him in the 4200 block of South Wells Street, according to Chicago police.

The man was struck in the right hand and drove himself to Rush University Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition, police said.

No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
