A man in his 20s is believed to be responsible for three burglaries in August, according to Chicago police.

Police are warning North Side residents of recent garages burglaries in the Bucktown and Wicker Park neighborhoods.

A man in his 20s is believed to be responsible for three burglaries in August, according to Chicago police. He targeted garages that were left opened or unlocked.

The burglaries happened:

  • about 6:10 a.m. Aug 29 in the 2000 block of West Willow Street;
  • about 4:30 a.m. Aug. 16 in the 1800 block of North Wood Street; and
  • about 3:30 p.m. Aug. 15 in the 1700 block of West Le Moyne Street.

Anyone with information was asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
