Three businesses were burglarized in December 2019 in Jefferson Park on the Northwest Side.

A burglar targeted three businesses on the same street in December in Jefferson Park on the Northwest Side.

In each incident, someone broke into the businesses and stole property from therein, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The burglaries happened:

  • Between 11:30 a.m. Dec. 7 and 11 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 5500 block of North Milwaukee Avenue;
  • About 3:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 5400 block of North Milwaukee Avenue; and
  • Between 8 a.m. Dec. 21 and 12:25 p.m. Dec. 22 in the 5200 block of North Milwaukee Avenue.
