Woman shot in Humboldt Park

The shooting happened Monday afternoon as she walked down the street with an acquaintance.

A man was fatally shot and another wounded July 8, 2021, in Wentworth Gardens.

A woman was shot Nov. 16, 2020, in Humboldt Park.

A 20-year-old woman was shot in her leg Monday afternoon in Humboldt Park on the West Side.

She was walking down the street with an acquaintance when a vehicle pulled up, someone exited and opened fire, Chicago police said.

The attack happened about 1 p.m. in the 3500 block of West Hirsch Street.

The woman was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

No arrest has been made.
