Teen boy shot in Englewood

About 2:30 p.m., officers responded to calls of a person shot in the 6900 block of South May Street, and found the boy shot in his right foot.

Two people were shot, one fatally, July 24, 2021, in Gage Park.

A 16-year-old boy was shot Dec. 20, 2020, in the 6900 block of South May Street.

A 16-year-old boy was shot Sunday in Englewood on the South Side.

About 2:30 p.m., officers responded to calls of a person shot in the 6900 block of South May Street, and found the boy shot in his right foot, Chicago police said.

He was brought to St. Bernard Hospital in fair condition, police said.

Area Four detectives are investigating.
