Police are warning South Side residents about garage burglaries reported this month in Rosemoor.

In each case, someone forced their way into garages and stole property from inside, Chicago police said in a community alert.

A robbery was reported Feb. 4 in the 9700 block of South Calumet Avenue, police said. Another took place the next day in the 9800 block of South Forest Avenue.

A description of any suspects wasn’t available.
