Three businesses were burglarized in January in South Loop and Chinatown.

In each incident, someone broke into the businesses and stole property from therein, Chicago police said in a community alert.

The burglaries happened:

  • Between 7:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. Jan. 22, in the 200 block of West Cermak Road;
  • About 3:10 a.m. Jan. 25, in the 400 block of West 23rd Place; and
  • About 5 p.m. Jan. 28, in the 2100 block of South China Place.
