A 23-year-old man was shot Friday while driving on I-57 near south suburban Calumet Park.

He was shot about 9:45 p.m. in the northbound lanes near 111th Street, according to Illinois State Police. Investigators believe the shots were fired from another vehicle.

He drove himself to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, state police said.

Northbound lanes were closed at 127th Street for investigation, but all lanes reopened by 4 a.m. Friday, state police said.
