Businesses were burglarized in April, 2020, in Old Town, Lincoln Park and the Near North Side.

Police are warning North Side businesses of burglaries reported this month in Old Town, Lincoln Park and Near North.

In each case, someone broke the front glass door of the business, Chicago police said.

The incidents happened during the morning hours:

  • April 7 in the200 block of West Evergreen Avenue;
  • April 14 in the 2300 block of North Clark Street;
  • April 18 in the 700 block of North State Street; and
  • April 20 in the 300 block of West North Avenue.

Anyone with information about the burglaries is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
