A liquor store was burglarized Tuesday in Lincoln Park on the North Side.

About 3:50 a.m. someone broke into the store in the 2300 block of North Clark Street, by cutting through the wall of an empty store next door, Chicago police said.

Several cases of alcohol and cartons of cigarettes were stolen, police said.

Area Three detectives are investigating.
