Two strong-arm robberies were reported in May 2020, in Englewood on the South Side.

Chicago police are warning residents of two recent strong-arm robberies reported Englewood on the South Side.

In each incident victims were approached by two males who grabbed them or stuck them before taking their property, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The robberies happened about 4:30 a.m. May 7 in the 5500 block of South Wood Street and about 12:30 p.m. May 7 in the 1800 block of West Garfield Boulevard, police said.
