Man killed in Joliet shooting

The 24-year-old Joliet man was shot multiple times and taken to Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

A man was found shot to death Thursday in southwest suburban Joliet.

Officers responding shortly before 8 p.m. found the 24-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds on the rear porch of a home in the 200 block of Lincoln Street in Joliet, according to a statement from Joliet police.

He was taken to Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, where he was pronounced dead, police said. He lived in Joliet.
