A person has been released from custody after a 25-year-old man was found dead Sunday inside a home in Austin on the West Side.

Officers found him unresponsive with blunt trauma wounds to his head about 12:15 p.m. inside a home in the 5400 block of West Quincy Street, Chicago police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified him as Marcus Felton. He lived in Austin.

A person was arrested at the scene, but the person was released from custody, police said Wednesday.
