Three homes were burglarized in June in Englewood on the South Side.

In each incident, someone broke into residences and stole property, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The burglaries happened:

  • Between midnight and 8 a.m. June 20, in the 6900 block of South Throop Street;
  • About 1 a.m. June 27 in the 1200 block of West 71st Place; and
  • Between 1 p.m. June 29 and 5:45 a.m. July 1 in the 1200 block of West 71st Place.
