A 39-year-old man died after a shooting Sunday in Austin on the West Side.

Darryl A. Harrison was found unresponsive about 12:40 p.m. in the 300 block of South Cicero Avenue with gunshot wounds to the head, lower abdomen, left calf, hip, and buttocks, according to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

He was transported to Stroger Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Area Four detectives are investigating the shooting.
