A man was shot to death Sunday afternoon in the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

He was identified as 32-year-old Sinforiano Trujillo by the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Chicago police said he was in the 3500 block of West Cortland Avenue around 4:35 p.m. when he was shot in the neck and head.

He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Trujillo lived about a block away from the shooting, police said.

On March 17, a man was shot in his foot about a block away. The 35-year-old was shot while sitting on a porch about 7:25 a.m. in the 1800 block of North Drake Avenue, police said.
