Man killed in South Holland shooting

Officers found Osaheni Rotimi on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso just after 7 a.m. in the 100 block of West 154th Street, a spokesperson for the South Holland Police Department said.

An 18-year-old man was fatally shot Monday in suburban South Holland. 

Officers found Osaheni Rotimi on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso just after 7 a.m. in the 100 block of West 154th Street, a spokesperson for the South Holland Police Department said.

Police said Rotimi showed “no apparent signs of life.”

Rotimi, of Flossmoor, was pronounced dead at 7:23 a.m., the medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy ruled his death a homicide.
