Man killed in Calumet City shooting

A 30-year-old man was killed in a shooting Wednesday morning in Calumet City.

Keenan Hooker was shot multiple times about 1:50 a.m. near Pulaski Road and Forsythe Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy released Thursday ruled his death a homicide.

The circumstances of the shooting remain unknown.

Calumet City police were not available for comment Thursday evening.
