Chicago police are warning Washington Park residents about three recent apartment burglaries in the South Side neighborhood.
In each incident, the burglar was able to get in by forcing open a door or window before making off with property, Chicago police said.
The burglaries happened at all hours of the day between March 25 and April 20 in:
- The 5800 block of South Prairie Avenue;
- The 5500 block of South Prairie Avenue; and
- The first block of East 59th Street.
Police did not provide a description of any suspects.
