A 15-year-old boy was shot in the hand while riding in a car Wednesday night in Englewood on the South Side.

The 15-year-old was wounded about 7 p.m. in the 1500 block of West 71st Street, Chicago police said.

He was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
