A 13-year-old boy was shot while riding a bike in West Pullman on the Far South Side Thursday afternoon.

He was hit in the leg about 3:30 p.m. in the 12200 block of South Stewart Avenue, Chicago police said.

The teen was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in serious condition and was stabilized, police and fire officials said.

No one was in custody, and police did not release a description of the shooter or other details of the attack.
