A 17-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting Wednesday in Brighton Park on the Southwest Side.

He was walking in the 4900 block of South Kedzie Avenue when someone fired shots from a car about 5:30 p.m., Chicago police said.

The teen was struck in the leg and taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
