A man was stabbed and shot to death Sunday afternoon in Gresham on the South Side.
Wayne Jones, 68, was found inside a home in the 8100 block of South Paulina Street about 4:50 p.m., Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
He suffered gunshot wounds to the stomach and several stab wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests were made.
Autopsy results haven’t been released.
