Man killed in West Englewood shooting

The 29-year-old was outside about 12:10 p.m. in the 2000 block of West 67th Street when a white SUV drove by and someone inside opened fire, Chicago police said.

A man was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon in West Englewood on the South Side.

Lenell R. Taylor, 29, was outside about 12:10 p.m. in the 2000 block of West 67th Street when a white SUV drove by and someone inside opened fire, Chicago police said.

The man was struck multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No arrests have been made. Area One detectives are investigating.
