A man was found shot to death late Monday on a sidewalk in Austin on the West Side.
Antoine French, 25, was found lying in the 5500 block of West Jackson Boulevard about 11:30 p.m., Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
He was struck in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No arrests were reported.
