Chicago Police officers witnessed shots fired late Wednesday in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.
About 11:35 p.m., the officers observed the shooting between two groups of people in the 10300 block of South Michigan Avenue, according to Chicago Police.
No injuries were reported and the police vehicle was not damaged, police said.
No one was in custody early Thursday.
