A man was shot late Friday in the Rosemoor neighborhood on the Far South Side.
At 10:40 p.m., the 27-year-old was shot in the back while waiting at a traffic light in the 10000 block of South King Drive, according to Chicago police.
He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
No one was in custody, and Area South detectives were investigating.
