A man was shot Wednesday night in the Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.
About 5:30 p.m., the 30-year-old was shot in the arm by a male firing in the 1900 block of South Pulaski, Chicago Police said.
The man ran from the area, felt pain and realized he was struck, police said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.
Another bullet from the shooting struck a vehicle being driven by a 38-year-old woman, but she escaped injury, police said.
