A 32-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting Sunday night in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood.
At 10:03 p.m., he was standing in a park in the 4100 block of West Hirsch when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. He had been shot in the face.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was in critical condition, police said.
