Man shot in calf in Woodlawn

A man was shot Tuesday morning in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood.

The 18-year-old was in the 6200 block of South Kimbark at 9:31 a.m. when two male suspects, one wearing black and the other wearing gray, approached and one fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the right calf and was taken in good condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said.

The suspects ran away after the shooting.
