Man shot in leg in Gage Park

A man was shot Thursday afternoon in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The shooting happened about 1 p.m. in the 5400 block of West Kedzie, according to Chicago Police.

The 37-year-old man was shot in the thigh and took himself to Holy Cross Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
