A man was wounded in a Gresham neighborhood shooting late Saturday on the South Side.
The 22-year-old was standing outside in the 8300 block of South Wood about 11:40 p.m. when someone came out of an alley nearby and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.
The man was shot in the right leg and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
