A man was shot and killed in the Humboldt Park neighborhood Tuesday night on the West Side.
James Hooks, 38, was in an argument with someone in the 4000 block of West Kamerling about 9:30 p.m. when the other person pulled out a gun and shot him, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
