Chicago Police are warning Northwest Side residents of four home burglaries in the Portage Park neighborhood over the last three weeks.
The suspects break in homes through windows or doors and take electronics, jewelry, cash and other items, according to a community alert from Area North detectives.
The burglaries happened:
- between 11 a.m. and 8:20 p.m. on March 20 in the 5100 block of West Montrose;
- between 5:30 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. on March 21 in the 5700 block of West Montrose;
- between 5 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on March 26 in the 5700 block of West Montrose;
- and between 7:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. on April 7 in the 4900 block of West Cullom.
